Ground floor 38 m², loft 23 m². The apartment has own parking space and wall outlet for car heating. There is a shared ski maintenance room in the house. There is a ski maintenance bench and infrared heater in the maintenance room. Kaunispää peak by car 5 km, sledding hill 300 m. The airport bus stops at Suopunkitie near the apartment (50 - 100 m).
